I got to get a sneak peak of this gorgeous community today! You will love living here, the apartments are absolutely stunning, some feature these concrete columns and beams to add such great character to the apartments that you don’t see often, and the apartments have upgraded appliances, side-by-side refrigerators, tile backsplash, and other features that you won’t find in many apartment homes.

The team over at Maye House has excellent communication and dedication to the community. The location is a superb site downtown, nestled on the corner of 500 E and South Temple. This area provides downtown access with a quiet and relaxed Avenues feel. The units themselves are retrofitted to combine an industrial aesthetic, calling back to the historical notes of the prior architecture, with light wood tones and stainless steel appliances, creating a pleasant and calm atmosphere.
